Robin Cove respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to report claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on robincove.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@robincove.comwith the subject line “DMCA Notice.” To be effective, your notice should include:
- •A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- •The exact URL(s) on Robin Cove where the material appears.
- •Your contact information (name, email, and address).
- •A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- •A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- •Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the material. We may also notify the party who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including the material identified, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
